1. The service
MUGEN 無限 (“MUGEN”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI business control tower: a hosted workspace where you can deploy AI agents that act on your behalf across connected tools, subject to the spend caps, authority scopes and approval gates you configure. These Terms govern your access to and use of the service.
By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity in your workspace, including every action your agents take under the permissions you grant them.
- You must not use the service to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, or transmit malware.
- You are responsible for the keys and third-party accounts you connect. MUGEN is not liable for the acts or omissions of those third-party services.
3. AI agents, autonomy and safety gates
Agents can execute real actions against connected systems. We provide safety controls — accumulating monthly spend caps, rate quotas, authority scopes, and human approval gates — but the configuration of those controls is your responsibility. You should only connect tools and grant scopes you are authorized to use, and you should review agent activity in the audit view.
4. Your data and content
You retain all rights to the content you provide and the media you generate. You grant us a limited license to process, store and transmit that content solely to operate the service. We do not sell your data and do not use your workspace content to train models.
You can export and permanently delete your workspace data at any time from Settings → Workspace Data, subject to the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees and billing
- Paid plans and usage ceilings are described at signup and in the console. Fees are billed in advance or per usage according to the plan you select.
- Provider costs (media generation, LLM inference) pass through to your selected upstream providers and count against your configured ceilings.
- Unpaid balances may result in suspension; you can export your data before termination.
6. Acceptable use and IP
The service, its design, and its software are protected by intellectual property rights and remain our property (or our licensors’). You may not reverse engineer, resell, or build competing services from MUGEN without written permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUGEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that threatens the security or availability of the service, with notice where reasonably practicable.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the console. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating the service, and any disputes shall be resolved in its competent courts.
